Yet 23 yrs later we have 80 yr old women being violated at airport security while illegals pour over the border unchecked. Tell me I'm not crazy. Please
Life ain't supposed to be easy.

Most airport security is the cheapest bidder...
If it makes a track on this earth , I can catch it.

Carl, got any pics of those yotes? Airport T, don't know about LA. but Alaskan airports that have security have state employees. Large airports use actual police officers. Security at airports with 121 size aircraft, large transport size, have serious security. Most these airports are large. Delta, United planes aren't parked next to the fence. You can't scale a fence and trot 50 yds. to the plane. Anyone else been in the the wheel well of a large plane? I have, ain't any convenient and comfortable places to sit. When a flight is prepared to leave there is all kinds of people around the plane. Even at night. Crew, maybe maintenance, people servicing the food, fueler. Once the gear comes up and gear doors are closed, you're there for the duraduration. I wonder what kills them first, lack of O2 or hypothermia.

Wet dog, didn't you learn the difference between plane and plain in grade school?

Some of our airports use sheriff's department, some use city cops, some use private . All done through a bidding process as most of the airports are political subdivisions of the state or city owned/operated. I have been working in airport maintenance and operations for about 12 years. The sheriff's department was the worst security, private was the best. Even the large airports I have been to for training, if someone spends a week watching the security, I can see them getting in if they really want to. Now getting to the aircraft in a SIDA area, and entering is a different story. However if it came from a GA airport, from a maintenance facility ,it's very plausible.
If it makes a track on this earth , I can catch it.
