Better have already prepared

The mad rush by the panicked lemmings is about to start here laugh

Last weekend I got everything prepped and checked for power outage which is my biggest issue most of the times. Company that is SUPPOSED to maintain power lines believes in addressing things after they become an issue.

Good luck to you Texans, my family is there and say adverse weather is always a major experiment. My son says Texans can't drive on a dry road, give them a little snow and it really falls apart.....LOL

Remember, Lone Star beer freezes at about 40 degrees. Plan accordingly. smile

I have nothing clever to put here.

Supposed to get here tomorrow night. Up to 5" of snow forecast. That'll shut MS right down, lol.

Proudly banned from the NTA.

Bother me tomorrow. Today I'll buy no sorrows.

If it makes you feel any better, if the forecast is true then MS will have more snow on the ground than Northern MN.

They can't handle it. Remember hunting near Lubbock TX one year in 2 degree temp, and never heard the like of carrying on, Lol.

Unfortunately this is 100% accurate and cannot be argued frown

Bring yourself down here in mid August and let's see how you can handle the heat wink laugh

All about the environment you are acclimated to wink

Not the actual temp that bothers me, it is what it does to the power lines, water lines and other such stuff I need smile

My daughter was teaching school there, kids were complaining about the cold and had their heavy jackets on,...but were still in shorts and sock-less sneakers or sandals.

She asked if they ever heard of pants and socks... grin

This is just wrong. It just occurred to me that I cleaned the chicken coop this afternoon in a sweatshirt. At 18° in Minnesota. Too warm, no snow.
