When grinding mice for bait is there anything you need to do to prepare them? Do you need to try to remove the guts or just grind then whole? Thanks!

Quarter them out and grind just meat and bones. Much higher quality base.

I grind them whole same way the critters eat them. I had a cat that could eat around a stomach and leave it on the porch.

Out of curiosity, how do you plan to use it - what kind of trap, animal etc?

They make excellent K9 bait Skrak. My thought process for using them is the animals routinely hunt for them, used in a dirthole set it is a natural smell, the ground form is much harder for the animal to run off with than a whole mouse so they spend more time at the set resulting in a greater chance of a catch.
