Peanut Butter helps a lot. Just keep moving it around in your mouth and the oils help to tame the burn down.

Back in my union days say a guy eat a whole ghost pepper on a $100 bet.Never seen someone go so many diffrent colors in my life.He won the bet but had to go home sick.

My ghost pepper jelly is NOT for the faint-of-heart!!!!!! But I enjoy it in moderation My favorite way is mixed with hot melted butter and shaken up with chicken wings. A sweet - hot experience all in itself
