I have some expensive Merino wool base layers, they're a terry cloth interior with a smoother outer, some how..... One got washed with something red of my wifes, and I'm half way to a santa suit.
They always pill to some extent but the red on black is not a good look, lol

Anyone have any tricks to remove pilling on wool or fleece? other than picking off 2,000 red fluffs by hand?

Ran it through the washer and dryer again but not working.....Thanks.

my mom had a thing to take pilling off cloths a long time ago looked a lot like a men electric razor with bigger slots I never used it so I don't know it if was good or gimmick

if they are big pills maybe even a hair clippers would work test it on a little spot.
