Who owns one. Is the factory scope good .
What's the accurate distance.
Is there a better way to load the POS plastic magazine?
Is there a better aftermarket magazine?

Just picked one up a couple months ago Gary. The magazine is a pain to reload but is probably better than a single shot. Didn’t even sight my scope in that came with it. Pretty much all my dispatch was at 2 inches too 1 foot. It is quiet though.

Bought my youngest a .177 Swarm Whisper few years ago. Its been reliable. Scope seems ok for our use, he just shoots critters with it. Took a long time to get zeroed, switching scopes, rings, etc… Finally figured out it was the ammo. It needs a heavier pellet, <7 grains and it threw them all over the place. 8 or more and it would keep most shots in a nickle at 50’. Don’t have any issues with the magazine, its vastly better than other pellet rifle mags I’ve used. Not aware of any aftermarket mags, its Gamo specific and probably not enough sold to attract knock offs.

My gamo whisper is single shot, powerful and definitely not quiet especially with those pellets that come with it. But with the standard "premier" is good an accurate to 20 yards. Trigger pull is long.....jk

This is the one you want! 50 yd accurate no problem! . . . and it works best with Gamo "Rocket" pellets :-)

I have a couple, I like the bone collector one the best. Use lead pellets the alloy aren’t too accurate

I bought the Swarm Whisper several months ago. No it's not quiet but I still shoot it in the village.
I couldn't get much grouping at 20 yds. 10 yds is better but not good. I know I'm not real steady so I built a redneck leadsled and it's better but I don't think the gun is capable of good grouping. I may see if Cabelas will let me trade up.

I did buy non-Gamo hollowpoint pellets so that may be part of the problem .

The brand of ammo doesn’t matter, but the ammo weight makes a huge difference. Use an 8 or 9 grain pellet and its a killing machine.

The scope that comes with them isn't great but they work. Like any other rifle they like certain ammo that goes through them better than others. I like mine.

This is the best one I’ve seen hands down, me and my cousin shoot stuff with it and it is really accurate and really powerful. Hit a sparrow in the head with it at 70 yards and it dropped it instantly

Exactly, I use crossman premier pointed tips or hollow points and they do Great but when I use a gamo red fire they don’t kill the larger animals because there so light
