Those dancing boots or riding boots will turn your feet purple in cold weather. I like these. Need a bigger stirrup for them if riding and still worry about trigger blowing up and foot not coming out but your feet dont freeze.

Did not know that swampy. Actually VA had them made for me. Make sure I dont have circulation trouble from diabetes. I did pick them out of the catalog. Can walk all day in them. I can get two pair a year but they really hold up. Dont need anywhere near that many. Most of the choices were tennis shoes. Wont work for what i do. I do have a cheap walmart pair of tennis shoes I wear to seine crawdads or something.
