On Dogless traps such as the No BS traps. Can the pan or trap freeze to the jaw even if it's dry?

If it's dry you won't have any problems. If it's not, no trap is truly freeze proof, but those NO BS have strong springs so they perform pretty well

We get a lot of rain, snow and if it gets cold they can freeze. Use a drop of glycerine anywhere there is metal on metal

That's kinda what I thought. I have this one particular trap under an overhang along a cliff. It's pretty dry under there. There's a foot of snow 5' away. I was just wondering if condensation or humidity could cause it to freeze. -10 below coming next week. I put some bee's wax on the night latch.

If it does freeze from condensation it'll break through that, shouldn't be enough to hold it down. When you really get issues is when you're bedded in snow, covered in snow, and things warm up for a day or two and then re freeze
