gcs OP trapper G Joined: Dec 2006 coastal ny	We've made bread on and off, but not for a long time...been considering baking sourdough bread now. How much of a project is it ? Can't get an affordable loaf here and it may not even be real sourdough... So whattya got?,

T-Rex trapper Joined: Dec 2006 WI	Yeast is cheap, here. Doughby Gillis, my starter, is no more. Gotta say sourdough is good, but, overrated. Man who mistake shillelagh for fairy wand; see pixie dust, also.
