We've made bread on and off, but not for a long time...been considering baking sourdough bread now. How much of a project is it ?
Can't get an affordable loaf here and it may not even be real sourdough...

So whattya got?, grin

Yeast is cheap, here. Doughby Gillis, my starter, is no more. Gotta say sourdough is good, but, overrated.
