You're a beaver man than I. I'll eat most anything, but I don't eat canines or weasels

Heartwarming the lengths you'll go to make memories with your granddaughter. Awesome.

Red fox is a wild meat eaten in Italy.

Irish consider any canine or cat Carn meat-not to be eaten.

I had my mother cook up some Red Fox I'd trapped back in 1969. It was ok.

I’ll send y’all as many as you want. Just gotta pay shipping and I’ll even make it the same price I charge for coons. $15

Stop over cooking your meat! It isn’t gamey, it’s over cooked!

Gordon Ramsey, maybe…

Handled correctly fox, skunk, coon and possums aren't bad at all
I had to try it, just because I wanted to know.
I've only caught 1 beaver and I didn't try it because I left it in the shed for a full day before skinning it
I don't trust meat that has layed around for a while unskinned

Beaver as table fare beats any other furbearer, hands down.....not even close.

My hat is off to anyone who tries the rest of them. That is not for me. I do believe a corn fed coon would be edible, maybe a muskrat, but possum and skunk eating, can't do it and I do not eat dog. I don't have a Grandaughter either though...Lugnut is a good Grandpa to be sure.
