I got a nice batch at Aldi, they don’t always have them. Sometimes I will stuff them with cream cheese and cooked sausage crumbles or bacon and top with cheddar and bake.
Does anyone else have any good ideas?

Ohhhhhhhhh mah gosh!

I love the Jalapeno Poppers with a beer.

These are going in the oven in about an hour.
Jalapenos cut in half
Cream cheese
Sweet baby rays
Swiss
Bacon
350° for 40 minutes

Just put mine in the oven too! Ang inspired me so they’re stuffed with cooked diced chicken, crumbled bacon, bleu cheese dressing and crumbles, shredded cheddar. I was smart and wore gloves while seeding the peppers . I always forget and then end up rubbing my eyes

I stuff the halves with cream cheese. Add a lil smokie and wrap with a half piece of bacon. Throw on the smoker for a couple hours. Total goodness.

I like to slice them in half, rub on olive oil and season salt then air fry with parmasion (sp) cheese

Not for whole Jalapenos. Slice smoked sausage about half to one inch thick. Wrap with bacon leaving space at the top that is open to put cream cheese shreded cheddar and jalapeno mixture into. Ad a slice jalapeno to top and sprinkle with bbq rub. Throw into smoker at 260 until bacon is done.

Cream cheese, canned crab, and old bay for the filling and everything else is how you do it.
