I wonder how a thin slice of venison loin inside the jalapeno along with all the other fixings would be? Maybe I am just getting hungry but it sounds good to me.

I’ve tried many ways, my favorite is still pretty simple.

Halved jalepono
A little Lawreys season salt
Cream Cheese
Peppered Bacon on top
Cook on a cookie sheet until the bacon is done to you liking.

Cooking them on a cookie sheet in the rendered bacon fat is a must!

When our gardens are producing, my wife and daughter will stuff some habanero peppers for me. They gut the peppers, mix all the seeds and bacon chunks in cream cheese. About eight of them just about makes a meal.
Now I'm getting hungry.

Jalapenos

Cream cheese and pulled pork/brisket/ smoked chicken/turkey/ fajita meat/ etc and wrap with bacon

put on smoker until bacon done, throw in oven under broiler if you want crispy(er) bacon

These are stuffed with a mixture of cream cheese, cheddar cheese and cajun seasoning. We make a lot of them when the jalapenos are ready from Zim's garden.

You people just aren't playing fair. Showing off all them peppers like that.

I cut about a half inch of the top off and scrape out the inners
Stuff with cream cheese and some little smokies then put the cap back on and wrap with bacon. They go right in the smoker.

Lady this post you started has got me hungry! Love those to death! But after a real bad ulcer my stomach says no. Please eat a couple extra for me. I do ignore the inevitable future suffering and eat them from time to time. Today was at a Mexican joint for lunch. My daughter ordered loaded fries covered with those hot peppers. I was going to be smart until Eve dared me to eat them! Feeling it right now. That brat!
