Red fox back strap is rather good sliced thin and rolled in Tempura breading I have tried it a few different ways, but the above way is my favorite Skunk back strap comes in a very close second I make sure it's a healthy critter before considering eating it But I could never eat coyote I have never tried red fox or coyote and don't plan to, but I did try timber wolf once at a game feed. I would not recommend it. I would guess fox or coyote would be comparable. There are so many other good meats to eat, why would you want to eat any of these?
It's been months since I bought the book, "How To Scam People On Line". It still hasn't arrived yet.

Like I said, I only eat the back strap The front and back legs get handled to much with dirty gloves. I'm kinda picky about my food

Back some time ago I was involved in fox farming. One day some oriental gentlemen showed up wanting to buy our fox carcasses. They offered us $3.00 a carcass. Of course, we sold them since we had to get rid of them anyway. They were from a very well-known Oriental restaurant in Madison. I never ate there again.

Beav, I ate at a Chinese restaurant in Great Bend KS a few years ago. I ate some coyote at a trapperman feed years ago. IN maybe? Pretty distinctive taste. I didnt eat much. No body else did either. Got some meat at that Chinese place sure tasted like coyote to me.

If you catch and keep a bobcat, they’re some of the best eating I’ve had. I've heard that from so many people that I assume it must be true.

I've eaten Lynx and It's really good. They say Mt lion is better than elk. OGorman brought some coyote sausage to a NTA convention, and it wasn't all that bad.

well, at least you tried it.
If you had to describe the taste, what would you compare it to? Exactly. I agree.

The best part is that you tried it.
The second best part is reading the comments.
