Well, the communist state of Minnesota has outlawed the sale of nonstick pans as of Jan. 1 of this year. Causes cancer, don'tcha know. Now, I realize, you professionals only use cast iron, but me bein' a rookie, I need those training wheels so my pancakes don't stick! cry

Take the plunge to cast iron. Well seasoned and the pancakes won't stick.

You are not too far from real states that will let you buy them, luckily.

I'm sure they will be coming after cast iron soon. After all, life expectancy was way lower back when cast iron cookware was all they had! crazy

You have GOT to be kidding me! I can legally buy booze, tobacco and pot but a Teflon coated frying pan is going to be my demise?

I have nothing clever to put here.

I own perfectly seasoned cast iron pans and a Dutch oven. Sometimes, I just want to use a different type of pan because of what I am cooking so I don't destroy the season on my cast. Our lib MN govt can kiss my stench trench.

I bought some pots and a 10" pan from a company called GraniteStone. Not sure what the coating is but so far I really like it. Easy clean up too. Reasonably priced. Got them on Amazon.

I am going to be a rebel and start an underground network buying and selling used Teflon pans I find at Garage Sales. This state just gets dumber by the minute.

Are they going to come around and do door to door searches?

That’s dumb

But yeah, a properly seasoned cast iron skillet or Blackstone griddle. Pancakes wont stick, and they will be delicious.

Stop over cooking your meat! It isn’t gamey, it’s over cooked!

So, could a guy make any money running Teflon to Minnesota?

I think in third world countries...anemia is a problem....and there's a study that by using cast iron......blood hemoglobin is raised to good levels and iron supliments are not needed.....but I'm no doctor........just wear steel toe shoes or the cast iron could cause a trip to podiatrist if you drop it......
