1/2 a cup of mashed potatoes and 2 cups of 10X sugar

4 cups of 10X sugar
[Linked Image]
6 cups of 10X sugar, now it can be needed with your hands

Place 1/3 of it on wax or parchment paper that is covered with 10X sugar

Cover with another piece of parchment or wax paper and roll it out until it's 1/8 of an inch or so

Spread peanut butter on it and roll it into a log

Cut to desired thickness and plate it [Linked Image]

Let it set up for 12 hours and then flip it and let it set for another 12 hours
And enjoy

That's a little carbs with your carbs. I think Nutella (chocolate frosting) would taste better than P. butter though.

Mom used to make it for Christmas and she would use green and red food coloring. Made 1 log of each. Haven't had any since she passed.

Bet that'd would go far on a rainy freezing winter day outside. Since I found out I have diabetes I struggle to keep my sugar from plummeting while out in the field

Never heard the term 10X sugar. Had to look it up. We always called it confectionary sugar.

The cake icing in the squeeze tubes work good for that
