Any ideas on mounting MTP conibear holders on 3/8" rod? Tried welding a 7/16" nut to the back. Alot of work.

If your talking about the brackets, drill out the center hole to fit rod, slide down an inch or so( that way you can pound them in) and weld.

Stick the rod through the hole and weld around the rod on top of the bracket. Same as welding a washer on top of a trap stake.

That's it, thanks ADC. When I ran alot of 220s this was my setup, trap holder and stake all in one. I could usually push them in by hand, if that is your plan I also welded a big washer down the stake to keep the setup from spinning.
