Its very possible U.S. Marines are going to be deployed again. If they are I hope ROE is kill anything not American unless its laying face down unarmed so can be put in a concentration camp.

Muslims love to lay face down on top of explosives, so they can get their virgins, when the good guys go to arrest them. Israeli soldiers got undeserved bad press for making the Muslims strip down to their underwear and walk towards them, after the terrorists took out several Israeli soldiers that way.
