When I have to get down to get something on the bottom shelf at Walmart, I make sure to have the cart next to me so I can climb my way back up.

Fortunately I have not had much experience with back pain

But I suspect the law behind back pain and dropping stuff is probably related to mashing a finger and bumping it on every thing that gets close

I feel the same way smash. Fridays don't come fast enough. Good thing maybe, already started my count down to retirement. Can't wait to be able to run the woods all day in the fall when time don't mean anything.

Well smash I feel your pain nowadays when I get outta bed I gotta take couple pills to get goin then every 6 hours it’s more then it’s all good till I get back up then it’s a repeat I shure wish I’d listened to my parents when I was young and not did all the stupid stuff I did now I may not be able to enjoy everyday to it’s fullest but shure glad I’m here to do what I can it sucks getting in this position for shure
