Providence it was only about 110' it had lost its original top long ago, it had some stubby co dominant replacement tops, but they didn't amount to anything worth my time. When you have to climb those big ones, spur your way up in a spiral, that's the only way to get the flip line up.

Jurassic it depends on the stand, but some were probably saplings when Christ was on the cross. Some are much younger, probably 600-800 years on average for an old growth patch
