We’re forecasted for temps 20 below next few days. That found me spicing up my sets with Gusto. I got home, stoked the fire, and plopped my exhausted self on the couch. I no more than sat down, got the game on and the wife says ‘you smell like skunk!’ My response was ‘well I already washed my hands three times!’

I guess I’m acclimated because I can’t smell it myself. I don’t trap for fame and fortune…only the hot women that go along with it! How does that saying go? Trappers never die, they just smell like it!!

I'm nose blind when it comes to skunk essence. Makes for an interesting time when I'm go out.

Common sense is a not a vegetable that does well in everyone's garden.

Any time I use holy water or (This word is unacceptable on Trapperman) fire my wife tells me the same thing. Eric

I had a skunk plug one of my bobcat cubbies. It sprayed when I dispatched it just enough to cover the set. I pulled the traps and headed home to take the wife on a date. Walked into basement and took off bibs and boots. Wife immediately said what’s that smell. Had to kick them to the garage. I am very nose blind to skunk at the moment.
