I have made a lot of sourdough pancakes and waffles but i have never baked bread. My wife is the bread maker. But I decided I wouldn't learn any younger and gave it a try. My first loaf. [Linked Image]

Great job!! I bake a loaf about every 7 to 10 days for about 5 to 6 months. So, much healthier and I have a hard time eating other bread when it isn't homemade SD bread.

Give me a fish, I will eat for a day. Teach me to fish, I will eat for a lifetime
