Pulled my traps today.

Started a few months of 7-10's in the morning.

Got home around 2030, put some warmer clothes on and hopped on the 4wheeler to run my little house line (11 coyote sets out) and collected 2 more males

Still pulling a handful of these out every day.

Fleshed and stretched another 30 muskrats.

Put in a few wolf sets this morning and cut some firewood after that

Checked my short coyote line that I gut put in yesterday and picked up a male. Got started putting in my cat line this evening after work.

Checked traps yesterday. About to go check them again today. It’s a cool 10 degrees out this morning.

Dispatched a coyote that destroyed a perfectly good bobcat set. Twisted my knee when I stepped wrong as I was walking back to the truck. Checking traps today is going to be painful.

I checked my few remaining sets from the seat of a snowmobile yesterday, plan to do it again today. It is -4F with a -20 wind chill , I will probably go easy on the throttle.

I thought about turning the five fox still leather side out in my shed yesterday. But I got busy plowing snow and shoveling walks then forgot about it.

Also, I made a note to take the gallon zip-loc bag of frozen mice out of my trapping bag since we shut the line down Saturday. I need them out of there and back into the freezer before it warms up.
