I picked up two #14 NH this weekend. Both appear identical except for the shape of the jaws, one is slightly concave and the other has a slightly more offset. Any significance to these differences or time periods associated with these ? Thanks

My guess is someone put the jaws in a vise to narrow the offset pretty common to see on 14’s

Or possibly just "caved in" by dry firing? I've seen that happen another cast jaw traps.
