A DEI police hire in Jacksonville just shot an innocent man in the leg, because she stupidly slid her finger into the trigger of his CCW carry, during a routine traffic stop. The police were disarming the man for their safety, not for anything wrong he did. He was fully compliant and very calm even after the DEI hire woman moronically shot him in the leg.

There was absolutely no reason for her to put her finger on the trigger like that. That's one of the most grotesquely incompetent manoeuvres I've ever seen. I hope she suffers immensely for shooting an innocent man like that.

I didn't watch the videos, and shouldn't have commented before I did.

I just watched this on the Police Activity channel on YouTube. You can clearly see her finger still on the trigger after she pulled the weapon from his waistband. He's lucky he wasn't shot again.

She is being fired and he is suing the city.

I can't post it because of language but it's worth looking up and watching.

She has been fired. Preventing her from being eligible for anymore LE would be appropriate. I have a hard time believing she did not have it drummed into her head finger off the trigger till you need to shoot. If a civilian accidently shot a cop the other cops would empty their magazines. The victim did an outstanding job of keeping his composure. A civilian accidently shooting a cop, if he survived, would get a lot of years.

The victim of DEI deserves a large payout. Hopefully the city is forced to stop hiring women just to promote diversity.

Trump said he was doing away with DEI which I believe is similar to affirmative action. He said every hire will be based on merit, nothing else. There is too much incompetence when people are hired for some of these idiotic reasons.

In the case of the woman cop who accidentally discharged the man's firearm hitting him in the thigh, he has every reason to file a lawsuit and she should be fired immediately. There some major blood vessels in a person's thigh, if severed you could die in minutes. Glad to hear he's going to be OK. He was very lucky.

Cops put a tourniquet on him pretty quick. The cop that did it may have been a military medic at one time. Did not get flustered and got it done quickly without looking like he was hurrying. Pretty impressive I thought.
