Fire everyone!!!!!! In competent employees. Usually in higher positions of the public sector. With absolutely know knowledge or experience in the department they over see.

Columbus City School board is currently working on who is supposed to use what bathroom in the school. NS!!!!!

Diversity: Too many white men taking up all of the jobs. Probably too many Asians too.

Equity: Does not mean equality. Not even close. It means hire anyone with a pulse who is not white or Asian.

Inclusion: If you are not onboard with Diversity and Inclusion, YOU are a racist.

That's my take anyway. Prove me wrong.

Equity is equality of outcomes. Basically it dosent matter how much work you do to become good at something, everyone gets an opportunity to do it even if they can't actually achieve success. It's a Marxist ideal. The whole DEI is about not judging candidates on ability but on how much they have been discriminated against, be it real or imagined.

DEI means Didn't Earn It !! People are hired based on skin color or who they choose to sleep with. It's not about hiring the most qualified.
