These aren’t big lots where someone was shooting on there property and I’m being a Karen he has less than 1/4 acre and was shooting onto my land owners property

shooting on 1/4 would be braking most laws as you know your lead is travelling farthr than yur property

Agreed and for the suggestions of texting and wearing orange. This is we’re I go to work it’s not hobby trapping. Would yo be willing to text or where orange to work in order to not be shot . Sounds silly but think about it

I agree. Take every reasonable precaution. And I would prob leave the little ones at home. That stinks but you can’t be too careful

Said he didnt know you were there. Why didnt you just yell out something like HEY theres people over here. Then do what you did and talk to him? He likely was scared himself when he found out you were down range.

I've dealt with this on logging roads. People assume it's a road in the middle of nowhere, so there must be nobody on it, and I've drove around a corner and had someone sighting their hunting rifle my direction when I came around the other side. If they're shooting in a rock pit or into an embankment I don't care at all, but shooting in or along the road is just stupid (unless it's your private road in your property, then the rules are your own)

Well if I was shooting and heard another shot, I wouldn’t know what it meant either
