Buck snort trapper B Joined: Jan 2025 Pa	Wow, that’s a lot of miles! The most I ever got out of a Tacoma was 276000 miles on my 2004 but the frame rusted through. I’m in Pa so we get lots of salt on the roads in the winter. We don’t get salt anymore it’s some kind of liquid stuff that eats everything up in the undercarriage. My mechanic told me it looks like a pit factory under there now!And that’s on my 2011 Tacoma I have now Last edited by Buck snort; 01/29/25 10:44 AM. I’m a turkey hunting addict

They had a 15 year warranty on the frame, and when they discovered my frame was rusted bad, it was 4 months after the warranty ran out. I had the frame sandblasted, reinforced plates welded on and painted. It's been good ever since. The guy only charged $300 to do it.
