SCturkey OP trapper S Joined: Jan 2025 Posts: 7 South Carolina	I caught my first black coyote in an area that I didn't even know had any. I've never even seen one in person so it was a pretty cool surprise when I checked the traps.

Wanna Be trapper W Joined: May 2018 Posts: 12,993 SW Georgia	According to the most recent podcast I listened to interviewing a Dr from Miss State U, black coyotes are a result of dog DNA. That’s why there’s a lot of black ones in the SE.
