A bowl of baby Lima beans and ham. How bad is this going to be?

Be fine if he sleeps outside tonight.

Those who would give up essential liberty, to purchase a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety. Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790)

Not as bad as if you gave it 10 pounds of hard boiled eggs.

I worry more about the ham and the potential for pancreatitis. What kinda dog is it?

Dang....if they were anything like the ham and lima beans that Uncle Sam used to give us in those little green cans, they're nasty when the can is opened, and even worse in a day or two, if you could actually eat them. We used to toss the ham and (can't use the other words here) across the wire, in hopes that the other side would try to eat them.

The dog is a lab. The ham was what cooked out of the hocks, small pieces.

My first lab would routinely eat a CASE of chocolate candy bars at a time with no problem. Kit Kats, always Kit Kats, never anything else. She once ate and entire box of 10 gauge steel shot shells all except for the brass bases. She was fine but those wads must have hurt coming out.

I have nothing clever to put here.
