Macthediver OP trapper Joined: Dec 2006 La Crosse, WI	This picture popped up today in my FB memories with my son from 2013. We had just got done hooking the cable on the ice behind us to a sunken mini van. The hat I'm wearing has gotten pretty ratty now. I usually only wear it now when ice fishing or out in the boat walleye fishing. Most the time I found it to warm to wear if I was doing much moving around. Some of the guys that seen me regularly fishing. They called it my Don King hairdo hat. Said could pick me out by my hat before they recognized the boat. I know I have posted other pictures of myself with the hat. Most pictures of me wearing it involve fishing, rat or beaver trapping, running around on ATV. I do have a few like this with winter dive jobs. Way I'm standing in this picture. Either my back was bothering me or I just soiled myself. Mac "Never Forget Which Way Is Up"

NoWiser trapper N Joined: Dec 2024 Minnesota	I don’t even try to wear my beaver hat anymore. Too warm. I do have an otter hat that I wear all the time, though. I love it, and it was great fishing outside for trout at -32 F in Canada a couple weeks ago. Last edited by NoWiser; 02/03/25 09:22 PM.
