The uncensored video is better than this one. This song very much reminds me of when I was on Field Duty in Dayton, Ohio. We would pull up on groups of black men and act like we were bailing out of the cruisers. All the men would turn their pockets inside out and run. The ground would be littered with small bags of drugs, rolling papers, glass pipes and the occasional small metal scale.
Wayne Hardnett Jr., Bone Crusher in the video, was a friend of mine when we were kids. He would come up from Atlanta, during the Summers and stay at his aunt's house, 3 doors down from mine. He frequently stayed over at my house. He would write me during the school year, because his family was to poor to let him call. I like the uncensored video of this better too. We made some music together, when we were in our pre and early teens. I've always sort of wanted to perform this song with him up on stage.
