Well I really like jerky so I marinate it in either barbecue sauce and mixed herbs or salt ,pepper and chili sauce, then it goes in the dehydrator for a while. Roo meat is great for jerky because you don’t have to trim the fat off.

Got one fox this morning and saw one more. I also found a roo that I think the dingo killed so I put a flat set in there (pics) [Linked Image]
What makes me think that this is a dingo kill is that the abdomen is opened. The entrails are a dingos favourite part and when there is a lot of Roos around this is all they will eat of of each kill.

In the middle pic the dead roo is just down the dry wash

Good luck on that dingo!
I checked a few traps around the property here. But nothing was in them.

This was my collection of the day. I used my .22 Rock Island Armory bolt action. I can drive nails with it at 25 yards! grin
