Curious who uses them?
What animals?
How far do you think they've worked for you?
Do you make your own or buy from someone?

I’ve used a lot of fish oil laced with shellfish around my DPs and pocket sets. I’ve also used Kaatz Brothers trailing scent (Smokin’ Aces) for the same purpose. I’m not sure if it worked or not, but it gave me confidence, and quite frankly, that’s all you need. Since I’ve gone to snares, I want the coon’s head up and not nosing down the trail. My snares are hung 6-8 inches above the trail so having their heads up is important.

Used cooking oil is cheap and readily available. Set my DP's along a trail and squirt some 8'-10' in two directions.

Common sense is a not a vegetable that does well in everyone's garden.
