I looked at that Maryland whitetail forum and it has no character. And whoever wrote the website wrapper around the forum on desktop ought to be fired.
Be way to tech to be able to Post an informative 30 second video by touching it and loading it from your phone !
Not sure if you're wanting a video or wanting to be able to post the video?
In the latter, we'd bankrupt Paul being able to directly upload videos here.
I can use Tap Talk on many sites allowing me to Post a picture on Forums way smaller then this one ! That would be a good start to entering the next century !

Ohhhhh.... the "icons" are emojis to some of you. Haha sorry but no. So small and distorted they all kinda look alike without a magnifying glass.
They're still emojis. Admittedly the selection is quite small. Again i believe the newer version of this forum's software is more expanded.
Emoji's/emoticons are really wasted on forums anyways because we actually talk here and not just communicate with emojis that the slang is constantly changing with.
I don't think most here are terrified of technology, us old guys just don't care to learn it like you kids did. Heck, I was in my 40's before these things became useful, I still type with one finger, never figured out how to post pictures, but have good reading comprehension and can type in full sentences and use periods and commas. lol, Thanks but I'm good...

Alot of people on here don't like change, plain and simple. KISS if it ain't broke, don't reinvent the wheel all that........
Completely understand that wolfdog. But I'm guessing you understand my point since you're in a younger demographic. When the people that are terrified of change are gone there won't be anyone left.
Terrified? Perhaps weary . . . but certainly not terrified. And you're probably right about nobody left. The younger generation doesn't much believe in doing something for nothing. It's called volunteering. Probably a change the "me indulged" generation is terrified to make.

I usually use an iPad but sometimes I use my phone. It’s the same thing just smaller and more scrolling sideways and zooming for us old geezers in our late 40s.
