LocalGnome OP trapper L Joined: Jan 2025 Posts: 11 SE Idaho	I came across this muskrat a couple of days ago. My guess is a mink did it but I figured I would ask to see what you guys think.

LocalGnome OP trapper L Joined: Jan 2025 Posts: 11 SE Idaho	I'm still a newbie but trying to learn as much as I can. Why would you guess weasel? My first catch trapping was a weasel up in Montana and I know they are around down here but I haven't actually came across one yet.

Not much eaten just around the neck area.Have seen weasels do that.When I had mink do that they ate more.Have caught quite a few weasels around muskrat sets as well.
