I honestly believe that I got a message from the good lord above to stop engaging with the animal rights people..
I have to admit,, the insults and the name calling did get under my skin when they kept hurling their regurgitating rhetoric.
They couldn’t counter with facts,,which I supplied to support my views… they just kept with the name calling,,, one woman went to the point of saying I trap because my “ manhood “ was to small.
That caused me to disengage from being civil and I countered with not so kind words …

There was an onslaught of people who were on her side and I was sinking to their level..
I returned, to discover that ALL of my responses were deleted,,, and their insults remained,,,
This was on a Tom Miranda post,, so I know Tom wouldn’t have deleted my comments and intentionally left the insults,,,
Looking back at the insults just shows you exactly how twisted these people are.
I also need to do better,,, and try to keep a calm head in the future.
Maybe it wasn’t GOD,,, maybe it was,,
But I’m a better person and I shouldn’t have let them get the better of me

… you did good … get back in there and insult their family, friends and unborn children

You won't win against people that really have to clue. Shrug your shoulders and laugh it off. They are mostly uneducated.

One should never engage in an emotional based rhetorical debate, it's almost the same here on a lot of subjects, with the same people always replying the same, some with uneducated remarks, to slight the subject instead of trying to or just not able understand the point

A thing I've learned, especially when it comes to arguing on the Internet.......sometimes, it's okay for other people to be stupid.

I've been in your shoes lots of times,I always go the same route.At first its a reasonable response,taking the high road.After awhile I've had enough of being personally insulted,along with my family, my ancesters and anybody else they connect to me and I go after them at the same level as they come after me.Sometimes you have to fight fire with fire I believe.After a bit of that I usually stay away from the internet for a long time,I don't need it.What galls me the most is the position that the nuts are put in,because their "helping" animals they get away with everything from the media.Because we're on the defensive and consumptive users everything we say and do is suspect.Extremely frustating.

I was in college, had a professor in my Education Psych class that was really cool, he was late and he and I got along well. He comes in as were getting ready to leave and says, ,my apologies, I was engaged in a discussion with a young lady about not using animals for medical experiments to benefit humans. I made a very inappropriate comment. I will not post here as it was bad. I was young lol, Prof told me later it wasn't the right way to handle it. My next encounters with animal rights activists went much better but I realize I will not change their mind and they will not change mine.

Sometime when you challenge an anti to a battle of the wits, they are often unarmed.

You can change an anti’s mind but it takes a few days in the cellar. lol

Haha, I post hunting/trapping stuff on my IG account and folks used to go off. All I’d say back was bless your heart.
One ole boy decided he would threaten me and my family. He deleted his account when I called in a couple favors and found his address and phone number and sent him a private message on the app and asked when he wanted to meet up and talk about his comments towards myself and my family. I told him I could be at his house and put the address. I could see when he was reading based on the app and sent a message to his phone at that very instance. Next thing I know that account no longer exists. Ain’t had another negative comment since then from anyone. Some folks sole purpose on some of these apps is to sow hate and discord. This ole boy thought he was hidden, he didn’t realize I have friends WAY smarter and higher up the food chain than I ever could be!!
