We are going steaks wife surprised me with them , well sort of , she said I was going to not tell you till Friday but since she isn't driving much right now, she said you need to go pick the steaks I ordered up from the farm so they have time to thaw.

Tombstones aren't fit to eat.

Taking my wife out, the food bank has a contest where a bunch of restaurants try and outdo themselves in February with grilled cheese sandwiches. A little money goes to the food bank from every sale. Tonight we are going to Hop Valley Brewing, they have a short rib cheese sandwich. Going to be hard to beat the short rib sandwiches we had in La Cruze Mexico a week ago though.

it didnt thaw in time. cook it today

i added a package of powdered au-jus to the flour dredge and pan fried. put in dutch oven with taters n carrots and a can of french onion soup. baked a couple hrs. game changer im tellin ya.
