8 injuries, no fatalities. They are blaming gusty crosswinds for it.

I have nothing clever to put here.

That's a better outcome than most plane crashes. Where was Boco?

Meh… flip that baby back over, Craigslist for a new tail. The rest can be fixed with duck tape and shaped up with bondo.
Tires from the salvage yard, everybody buying new airliners replaces the stock tire's for fancier ones.
See how well the wings slid on snow? Going thru air is easier. Gorilla glue. They’ll be fine.

Nobody killed, Awesome! Had to be one heck of a ride boys!

I deliver parts for a salvage yard. Some Suburban wheels would look good on that puppy. $455 each. Shipping would be extra.

Looks like it was a passenger airliner trying to do a carrier landing without a hook,,,,

My back hurts just watching it

Thankfully no one was killed

My doctor suggested I start doing squats, so I moved all the beer to the bottom shelf of my fridge.

The airline industry took a big hit in recruitment when they locked the doors on the cockpit after 911

Couldn’t invite kids up to look around, and get interested in aviation

Then again during Covid, with the vaccine disaster,,,

Now, the small regional airlines are in a experience/talent low

This one could of been a lot worse,,,,very lucky it wasn’t

More to come IMHO

I finally saw a video of the landing from 2 angles. The plane was sinking fast and the right main touched down HARD, failed and caused the plane to pinwheel. It is a miracle that everyone survived.

I have nothing clever to put here.

Too fast of a decent rate, they slammed into the runway. I'm guessing the white sky and white runway could have caused depth perception issues, however, you would think that technology would prevent that from happening, but then again maybe not; there is always room for operator error.
