These little tacos invaders are decent, pretty easy to program too. If you can set the time and date on your phone you can use these pretty easy

No problem smile I'd just get one to play with first. I had a problem with this one when we got snow and really cold temps and thaw. Lil bit of condensation on the lens. Cleared up really quick when I brought it inside but might be a bit of an issue for you up there in Maine...but for the whole $30 Walmart wants for one don't see that harm in getting one just to try.
O and make sure you only use a 32gb SD card or smaller. Was trying to use a 64gb and was toobig for it to do anything. Probably help if I read the instructions lol !

That being said Jbyrd did mention that wild game I think , makes one about the same price with better quality

I dont know if it will work on a trail cam but my wife bought me some anti fog wipe for my glasses. They work.

… what you’re going to want to do is …. Find yourself some smoking hot deer sign … climb up directly in the middle of it … when the deer come through… bust one right square in the head with that camera

… the older heavier models work best

Insert profound nonsense here

They are a great scouting tool. Put em on good food source in late summer to see all the velvet bucks in the area. Then, move em to good scrapes and trails in early fall.

Cell cams are best so you don't have to return to check or swap SD cards. But, SD card pull-only cameras are OK. I have a dozen that all go on scrapes here in late September- early October. Slip in and check em weekly. I'm looking for a good buck...not any buck....and paying close attention to daylight movement patterns...ie which way did he approach from?...which way did he leave? How long did he stay at camera? What was he doing?

I currently have 5 cell cameras that I use to narrow down the patterns (daylight movement)....but when you see this..you need to be in that area next day or two and use the wind correctly.

Permanent/heavy stands are a no-go....useless actually. Get a Summit Viper or Goliath climber or a good HangOn and sticks.

We can't use cameras for hunting here in Montana.
