for the radio show I do i try to make different foods for us to try, well this time it was porcupine pot pie, we always bring in special guest from around town, businesspeople bank presidents and a like, we always try to give trapping a good shot, this week was a couple of business, mangers, we talk about using as much of the animals that we kill, ![[Linked Image]](https://trapperman.com/forum/attachments/usergals/2025/02/full-48220-248970-thumbnail_img_6934.jpg) ![[Linked Image]](https://trapperman.com/forum/attachments/usergals/2025/02/full-48220-248971-thumbnail_img_6936.jpg) ![[Linked Image]](https://trapperman.com/forum/attachments/usergals/2025/02/full-48220-248972-thumbnail_img_6086.jpg) everyone was a little apprehensive at first, but they said it was great and ate up the whole pie, just trying to put trappers in a better light with the non-trapper

Good job Roy, I'd eat that. You do a lot for trapping, thank you.

There is one less in the world as of yesterday, but I never took it home.
Good for the stewardship you are doing.

Excellent, Roy. I've tried porky several ways. Seems best to get the fat out.

Had a couple in my freezer I was planning on trying for the first time. I ask the folks here about it and the reviews were generally bad. I ended up giving them to the chickens. Eating Porcupine
