5 years ago we did a big remodel. Whole house at once, house was built in 1951. It’s on a slab, so we cut trails for new plumbing, added a master bathroom, changed the layout but did not add sq ft. Opened up the place with a large beam, new wire thru out. Walnut cabinets with island, built in in the living area with live edge slab, two bathroom cabinets all walnut no particle board was $10,000. That was installed, custom built. The house came out great!
