I don’t understand the physics of the marsh mud and geometry but adding 1 & 1/2 inches to my boot print has allowed me to get to areas that require a boat and water to reach. Don’t be too harsh, as I said, it feels like cheating so I ain’t proud of it. I will be smiling if it pays off though.

Wait till someone comes across your tracks. They will say it must be some kind of marsh creature. Next, some will say they caught a fleeting glimpse of it; all covered with hair, eyes that glow in the dark, 8 feet tall, etc....

It would really be cool if you took the time to cut out a very large footprint…that would definitely keep folks away!

You seen combines with tracs on them? I remember farmers had to wait until ground froze lot of times to run corn. Wet fall and crops stayed in the field. Patent it make millions

On solid ground, yes but not on the soft marsh. They roll just like a regular shoe.

Duck hunters been using them for years, bet you can still buy them. The wings are a little above the boot so they don't interfere with walking, when you step in the mud the wings spread out, like snowshoes...

They definitely should be shaped like a Bigfoot foot.

Get a set of marsh skis. I saw a duck hunter a few years ago with the plates on his boots. He said he would sink 2 feet into the muck if he took them off.

Would work well on a floating bog. Those can get dangerous.
