GREENCOUNTYPETE trapper G Joined: Sep 2013 Posts: 21,417 Green County Wisconsin	had some roast leftover so sliced it up small and the wife wanted enchiladas so beef and cheese enchiladas and my son made his Spanish rice. nothing fancy I use enchilada sauce from a can , but they were very good America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.

GREENCOUNTYPETE trapper G Joined: Sep 2013 Posts: 21,417 Green County Wisconsin	I have a batch of cheap chicken thighs in the oven right now roasting in my big Dutch oven , when they are done I will pull them out and let cool till I get off work and I can pull them. then the flour butter and trinity will hit that big cast iron and it should be something resembling a chicken gumbo when I finish America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.
