Large Canada's non nesting migrate north come the end of May first week of June and are effecting the northern smaller Canadas and other northern shorebirds in their pre-molt migration
they are over powering the white fronts in Greenland now

So what are the fat reserves on those spring birds you processed.....I see corn stubble.
Snow geese do have 1/2 inch fat and BBQ they shine

I know our first birds back have 1/2 inch fat and roast up ideally.
And processed legs go really well in the " sex in the pot pan dinner pan "

Honestly, most of them have very little fat and are a bit thin.
