Hay man you where right on your assumption a while back ! Ended up getting a vortex crossfire 2-7 scout scope to try out on my contender since my arms are too short for a regular pistol scope . Works Amazingly! About the same size too!

Cool now I wanna shoot our contender. I never have had the pleasure. We have a pretty cool sling/sheath for it. It actually fits my cricket rifle!

About how much eye relief does it have?

Love mine too ! My 4-16 diamond back tactical is one of my favorites ! Thing just works no extra frills or anything....they all that long eye reliefs though I noticed lol

I was just showing this to my wife and explaining how small you were

I grabbed a tape measure and held out my arms in a relaxed shooting position and had her measure eye brow to the thumb knuckles that would be about even with the back of the scope , I would need about 19-20 inches of eye relief with relaxed arms
