my Kestrel was displaying 67 mph when my gate got ripped off the hinges. just had the thing put on too. split the 2x4 half in two

4x6 on the corners of the gate, 4x4 is way too heavy unless I can find me some more hearty hinges

The report l just read states the OBX,NC will have a chance of tornado activity in the morning around 10 am or so and if that clears out we get another chance in the afternoon or evening.

When I used to hunt/guide caribou out on Adak Island we didn't think twice about hunting in 50mph winds, that was common; 80's got pretty tough though. Was out retrieving caribou in well over 100 one time; will never forget that day.
