I trap more public than private. I don't know about etiquette, but I just have zero desire to be anywhere close to anybody else.

Just try to get along best ya can.I don't knowingly set up ponds if somebody else was there first,but,if I were setting a pond up,then on the way out see a couple of sets I didn't see earlier,I'm not going to go.back and pull everything.I've also noticed some guys who yell the loudest about being there first have no issue setting up a pond that somebody else beat them to it.I've had that happen many times in the past.Its worse if they live nearby because they think they have some kind of resident rights.
