Remove backstrap, grill to medium well, salt and pepper. About as simple as it gets.

Really, just use t like you would beef.

Beaver Pot Roast, follow the recipe for beef. Crock Pot and easy as it gets.

BBQ beaver, really good too.

My Super Wide will pull your broken down 4 stroke, up a hill backwards, with you on it!

Yep friend of mine from Arkansas puts them in a crock pot with onions peppers garlic and potatoes

Very similar to beef as others have said, so it translates to basically any beef recipe. A good way to do it is toss it in a hotpot, add salt, garlic, onion, paprika, pepper, and if you want an herb blend like Italian or herb de providence. Add a cup or two of water and let sit overnight.

Just make sure its cooked well done. Season anyway you want. Barbeque beaver is excellent.

Treat like any roast, toss in crock pot with potatoes, carrots, onions, also makes great stroganoff!
