2024-25 trapping season was pretty good.. although with the month of January being downright frigid and locking things up that made conditions not so productive…I wound up getting 46 beaver , 1 otter( which I still may catch a few more ,137 raccoons, 78 possum, 5 coyote (1 was rubbed badly)3 mink , 15 muskrat. Although the pictures didn’t turn out to good because the sun was in the wrong place… I’m still very greatful that GOD gave me back my health to do what I so dearly love.. I can’t imagine myself not doing this. I had a fantastic teacher and I still keep trying to get as good as he was,, my dad was a master outdoorsman.

Nice catch of fur.Congrats.......Might look better to hang all your furs on a outside wall so you can see them better.

Nice catch of fur.Congrats.......Might look better to hang all your furs on an outside wall so you can see them better. I wanted to put them all up on the fence,, but it getting a little rickety,, one of them spring repair jobs.. freeze and thaw loosened it up.
