Time change could be saving your life.

I never minded spring forward. Fall back makes me go to bed at 5 pm

I have come to dislike the whole time change thing. I wish someone could explain it to the dogs.

So many people overthink changing time. Don’t dwell on it - look at the clock and get on with your day. Worked with a lady once that spent 3 weeks - 1 before and 2 after - agonizing over the time. Totally wasted 6 weeks of her life every year. Just dumb!!!

I dont like it. I am tired for two three weeks till my internal clock resets. Wake up early for a couple weeks every fall.

Agreed, hopefully the last time change.
My grandfather disliked the slow time / fast time changes.
We have been late to church when the time changed.
Insomnia unrelated to the time change - awake all night, did not sleep at all.
So did I not sleep for an extra hour?
Or, did I not sleep for an hour less?
Either way i will be tired today.

I'll have to go around the house today and change all the clocks.
For some reason I never remember how to change the one on the microwave.
Time change doesn't bother me at all. I'm up hours early for anything just naturally. Can't understand how people sleep the hours they do and still wake up groggy or sleep in.

I used to get up at two for work, now I see it’s 3:40, I guess I’m late. But retired and camping today, so who cares.

That seems to be the biggest problem in my house. The dogs know their feeding schedule is off by an hour twice a year. they don't mind the hour earlier feeding in spring but I get some looks for feeding an hour late in the fall.

Wouldn't bother me a bit to eliminate DST altogether.

I'll spend the next couple of weeks reminding myself every time I check the time that it's really only (an hour earlier).

I like fast time, at least you can get out and do something , after supper. Cool, sunny and supposed to warm up a bit. Looking forward to the snow ,and ice being gone. don;t want to fall and break a hip. Like puttering around , in the shop and doing something unimportant. old243

Back when farmers still miked cows twice a day. Those cows didn't care what the clock showed. You show up hour late some probably be running milk on ground. Before everything was well lighted and automated there may have been a real reason to flip that hour for light.
Modern lighting automation and manufacturing running 24/7/365. Kind just a feel good been this way thing for someone is my guess.

My farmer friend always said they didnt farm by a clock.It did not change anything for them.Still got up before daylight and went to bed at dark!!

No real reason for it PITA for getting kids ready for school
